HSIB Cultural and Leadership Development Review JUST CLOSED
HSIB wishes to commission a leadership and development cultural review.
HSIB have identified two key enquiry strands for this review:
1. How is the current culture understood and experienced within the organisation and how our leadership contributes to this?
2. What cultural and leadership changes are required to ensure a successful transition to an independent state? What recommendations/priorities are required to support the development of the culture and leadership needed during the transition and into steady state independence.
The findings from both strands will be used to make recommendations, in order of priority, to support the development of HSIB's culture and leadership needed during the transition and into being a stand-alone statutory body.
