Tender Description

A single catering partner with a proven track record is required to operate and deliver high quality food and beverage services its three core business segments at
STEAM Museum of the Great Western Railway, Swindon:
1. Corporate Hospitality & Bar Service
2. Special Events
3. Cafe
Current estimated turnover, non-exclusive, STEAM catering is 280,000 per annum, potential growth (up to 600,000 per annum) is demand led through the museum bookings.
The initial contract term will be for 60 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months (2 periods of 12 months) for a potential total contract term of 7 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between 2,000,000 and 2,200,000 across the initial 5 year contract term and between 3,000,000 and 3,400,000 across the potential total 7 year contract term.
