Tender Description

Reestablishment of the roof membrane on the balcony on the eastern side of Building 40. The office below is now unusable due to mould and damp because of water intrusion. A large section of the office floor cannot be used as office space or any other working space as it is dangerous to human health.

Outdoor work
1 Temporary cover of balcony
2 Installation of temporary drainage from the mansard
3 Replacement of broken bricks along cornices
4 Plaster on bricks along cornices and other repairs
5 Disassembly of roof membrane
6 New two-layer roof membrane including drainage, flashing etc.
