Tender Description

The University of Salford wish to procure the services of a Principal Contractor to refurbish a 2nd floor female WC located within the Allerton building, Frederick Road Campus, Salford, M6 6PU.
The project will briefly consist of:
Strip out of existing internal fixtures and finishes
Associated mechanical and electrical works
Plumbing/sanitary installations including washbasins, WC pans and hand dryers
Installation WC cubicles, vanity and IPS ducts
Refurbishment of ceiling, floor and wall finishes
Demolition of an existing corridor wall
Installation of fire rated doors
General decorations and making good
The works will be undertaken under a JCT Minor Works Building Contract (2016 Edition)
