Tender Description

Malvern Hills District Council is inviting quotations for Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting and Fire Extinguisher Maintenance across various locations in the District.

The response is to be 24 hours a day, 7 days a week , 365 days a year with a 4 hour call out deadline for fire detection equipment and 24 hour response for emergency lighting.

The contract is for 5 years commencing on 1st April 2024.

Before tendering Bidders must carry out a site visit with the Clients Surveyor. Failure to carry out a site visit with the Clients Surveyor will result in a non-compliant tender bid. Site visits will be on the 29th or 30th January 2024.

The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.

To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Malvern Hills District Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents
