Tender Description

Hull City Council seeks tenders to supply Exhibition and Museum Interpretative Fit Out Requirements, including Artwork Graphics Production and AVIT Software Production requirements, as part of the delivery of the Hull: Yorkshire's Maritime City (H:YMC), Maritime Project, Kingston upon Hull. The tender is an open procedure tender consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence in February 2024 ending by July 2025. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services required to be 6.4m overall. The purpose of this tender exercise is to appoint a Contractor to provide the key works for the Exhibition and Museum Interpretative Fit-Out Requirements, also to include Artwork Graphics Production and AVIT Software Production requirements, at three key Maritime Project sites.
