The purpose of this refurbishment follows the recent demolition of central greengrocers around the clock and is primarily intended to re-instate original octagonal timber joinery and associated area of hard landscaping.The appointed contractor is expected to deliver the project to prescribed timescales and quality as outlined within the bidding information.
