4C - Aircraft Warning Lights - undertake the maintenance, servicing, repair and renewal of aircraft warning lights to high-rise residential buildings owned, rented and managed by South Essex Homes/Southend City Council.
4D - Lightning Conductors - undertake the maintenance, servicing, repair and renewal of lightning protection systems owned, rented and managed by South Essex Homes/Southend City Council.
4E - Generators - undertake the maintenance, servicing, repair, refurbishment or replacement of generator unit located at 2 Mendip Road (West Office), Westcliff-On-Sea, SS0 0HD, managed and occupied by South Essex Homes/Southend City Council.
4F - Automatic Bollards - undertake the maintenance, servicing, repair, refurbishment or renewal of automatic rising bollards at Barringtons, Sutton Road, Southend-On-Sea, SS2 5NA.
