The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for a multi disciplinary consultancy services relating to the Broad Lane building.

Scope of Requirement:

The tenderer will be required to provide a multi-disciplinary design service from RIBA Stages 1-7 for the Broad Lane building.

The multidisciplinary design team should consist of, at a minimum the following core disciplines:
Building Surveyor/ Architect
Project Manager
Quantity Surveyor
Principal designer (CDM & B Regs)
The team should also consist of the following none core disciplines:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Structural engineering
