Hours: 37 Hours per week
Location: Hybrid and Sandwell Council House, Oldbury, B69 3DE
Start Date: ASAP
Contract type: Agency until July 24, Inside IR35

Brief description:

We require experienced Payroll Officers to come in and hit the ground running for four months until end of July and work here within Payroll.
The role is hybrid, coming into the office at least twice per week at Sandwell Council House, Oldbury and the role is 37 hours per week.
Candidates need to be experienced to work without minimal training. They will have on the job knowledge, with strong ebus skills.
Ideally candidates need to have Oracle SBS knowledge (Fusion would be an advantage) plus candidates need LG and Teachers knowledge.
Candidates also need to have one year's experience of working in a busy payroll office, knowledge of Statutory Sick, Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, Statutory Adoption Pay, Statutory Paternity Pay, proficient in gross to net gross to net calculation. Knowledge in Teachers and LG pay and conditions. LG experience essential.
