Tender Description

NIE Networks wishes to establish framework panels of suitably qualified and experienced service providers who can provide training & development for the following areas:
Lot 1 - Provision of Organisational Development Training
Lot 2 - Provision of Executive Coaching.
Lot 3 - Delivery of Accredited Leadership Development Programme
The resulting framework panels will be for both product delivery and service provision.
In order to meet all of the organisational and personal development needs, NIE Networks wishes to appoint suitably qualified and experienced training organisations (under separate Framework Panels for each Lot, with the individual successful bidders each signing up to a Framework Agreement), to provide a breadth of training and development services by working closely with the Human Resources team.
