Tender Description

The University of Kent is seeking to appoint a building contractor to undertake alterations and improvements to Willow Court, consisting of 20 no. residential houses located in Park Wood. These works include, but not limited to:

Removal and disposal of unwanted items such as kitchens, flooring lighting, shower rooms etc.
Installation of new flooring throughout
Decoration throughout
Replacement of Front doors
Plastering throughout
Installation of new kitchens
Mechanical Works
Electrical works to include power, data, lighting and Wifi
Installation of new shower room
