Tender Description

Public Health Dorset, on behalf of Dorset Council, is seeking to establish a provider for their Integrated All Age Substance Misuse Treatment and Recovery services for adults and young people with problematic substance use. This is a pan-Dorset service covering Dorset Council and Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole Council.
The services provided will incorporate both Tier 2 and Tier 3 Drug and Alcohol services:
Core adult and young people treatment service
Advice & information for drug and/or alcohol users or anyone concerned about someones use (friends, family, employers)
Prescribing prescribing staff, drug costs and pharmacy dispensing costs
Community detoxification
Harm reduction interventions and specialist needle exchange
Group work programmes
One to one key working
Whole family support and interventions
Aftercare and post treatment programmes and activities
Accredited mentoring courses
Young People Substance Misuse advice, information, brief interventions, and engagement
Additional support for rough sleepers and those at risk of homelessness (grant funded)
Additional support for those in and leaving the criminal justice system (grant funded)
