Brief Description of Requirement

UK SBS will be acting on behalf of the following clients for this process: Business Energy Industrial Strategy (BEIS), Department International Trade (DIT), UK Space Agency (UKSA), INSS, UK Research and Innovation and UK SBS.

The main aim of this exercise is to appoint a supplier that can support us in the legal debt recovery process when our recovery process has failed to recover. This needs to include a service to trace individuals and then take then through the legal process to be able to recover funds that are owed to the Departments.

This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
