Tender Description

The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Haringey (the "Council") is inviting Tenders for the Provision of a suitable Contractor to undertake fire safety upgrades and refurbishment work on the high-rise block Kenneth Robbins House.

The scope of works will consist of but is not limited to:

Window replacement.
External structural brickwork repairs.
New lateral mains.
Asbestos removal.
Replacement of soil and vent pipes (internal).
Replacement of bathrooms and kitchen base units.
Communal repairs and decorations, including flooring.
New lighting to communal areas, including emergency lighting.
New fire doors to stairwell.
New front entrance doors, including doors to intake cupboard.
Firestopping to communal and internal areas.
Replacement of kitchens and bathrooms.
Evacuation Alert System and Door Entry.
