Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service (on behalf of the Chief Fire Officers Association, Respiratory Protective Equipment Group) is leading a procurement project to implement a Framework Agreement for Respiratory Protective Equipment and associated services to commence on 1 March 2017.nand associated services to commence on 1 March 2017.nThe Framework Agreement will be let in seven Lots:nLot 1 Self-contained breathing apparatus, with ancillariesnLot 2 Cylinders with ancillariesnLot 3 Integrated Communications systemsnLot 4 Telemetry nLot 5 Maintenance services nLot 6 Provision of consumables, parts and spares nLot 7 Other respiratory protective equipment and servicesnThis contract notice is to invite suppliers to tender for inclusion on the Framework Agreement.nFull details of the requirements are provided in the tender documents which are available to suppliers via the EU-Supply Bluelight e-tendering portal. Further information on the estimated value of the Framework Agreement is provided in the Invitation to Tender.nn The Framework Agreement will be available to access by the Participating nServices, which shall include the Fire and Rescue Authorities in England; nScotland; Wales; Northern Ireland; the States of Jersey; Guernsey and Isle of nMan; including their trading arms and community interest companies; their nsuccessor authorities; and their nominated agents. nThe Framework Agreement will also be available to access by Participating nCustomers who are other bodies associated with Fire and Rescue activities with nsimilar requirements, their successor authorities and their nominated agents. nA full list of Participating Services and Participating Customers is included in the OJEU Contract Notice and the Invitation to Tender.
