Colchester Borough Homes requires a suitably experienced contractor to complete various building maintenance and repair works to the Natural History Museum (formerly church of All Saints), which is a Grade II Listed Building of Historical Importance with a late C12 nave, C14 chancel, and C16 west tower with knapped flint work. Holy Trinity Church is a Grade I Listed Building of Historical Importance. The tower was built on to an earlier church of circa 1000, of which only the west wall remains. The rest of the building is largely C14 and C15. Both of these sites are within a conservation areas, and the buildings are both listed for their historical importance, therefore, the contractor will benrequired to exercise all due care at all times.
