Tender Description

Events security; stewarding and crowd management for events held at Alexandra Palace in North London.nnAlexandra Palace is a multi-purpose events venue hosting a wide variety of events attracting a varying demographic, from small scale private functions to large nnOutdoor Events: attendances up to 40,000. nnMusic Events within a venue, to 10,000nnIce Rink Events; Disco; Ice Hockey; Private Hire; Late Night EventsnnCorporate Events and Exhibitions. including VIP hospitality, banquets, award ceremonies and conferences.nnThe Contractor shall provide:nnAll front of house security and stewarding relating to music events.nnA full security and stewarding solution for all front of house and back of house security at corporate events; sporting events; and external events.nnThe current value of the contract would be approximately 290,000 per year.nnPlease see further information in Section VI
