The Big Lottery Fund (the Fund) is seeking to provide support to applicants and grant holders that have appliedto, or are funded through, our People & Places programme in Wales.nPeople & Places is our flagship programme in Wales. Awarding up to 17.8 million each year, grant sizes rangefrom 5,001 - 1,000,000 over five years.nOur current People & Places applicant support arrangements end in March 2016. We currently support stage2 applicants to complete their application through an existing support contract, which ends in March 2016. Weare procuring a new contract to support stage 2 applicants that will commence in April for a period of one year,with an option to extend on the tendered rates for a further six months. The contractor is required to provide thefollowing services:n• Bespoke advice and support for individual People & Places stage 2 applicants who require it to help themdevelop their application; andn• Bespoke advice and support for individual grant holders
