Tender Description

The Forestry Commission's mission is to protect and expand Britain's forests and woodlands and increase their value to society and the environment. We take the lead in the development and promotion of sustainable forest management. We will be awarding a contract for the construction of a new-build caf as an extension to the existing visitor's centre at our site in Alice Holt near Farnham, Surrey. The form of Contract will be a JCT Standard Building Contract, 2011. Our intention is to award this contract for a period of 6 months inclusive of site set-up and enabling works. The total value of this contract over the entire period, including any extension options, landscaping, contingency and prelims, will be in the region of 755k.
