The Council is seeking to appoint (1) one suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out internal Decent Homes works to circa 2400 properties.nThis would include the following primary workstreams:n - Bathroom replacements (including adapted bathrooms)n - Kitchen replacements (including adapted kitchens)n - Electrical Upgradesn - Boiler and Central Heating Replacementsn - Aids and Adaptions works (including professional services, such as design work and structural engineer, in relation to major aids and adaptionsn - Expert witness support - Service Provider to provide suitably qualified expert witnesses on disrepair issues such as damp and mouldnnSuppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system. n Any questions relating to this procurement must be made via correspondence on the website, in accordance with the procurement documents and can be addressed to the main contact as shown in the details above.n Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted by the system.
