Tender Description

Birmingham City Council will be acting as a Central Purchasing Body to forma a framework agreement for use by Local Authorities, Public Bodies, Housing Associations, Schools and Academies for the repair and maintenance of lifts to include major refurbishment and new installations to existing buildings. The scope of this framework is the installation, refurbishment, maintenance, service and repair of passenger lifts, goods lifts, platform lifts and patient lifting hoists.nnThe duration of the framework will be 4 years with 2 options to extend for up to 2 years each.nnBirmingham City Council will be using its e-tendering system (In-Tend) for the administration of this procurement process.
