Hertsmere Borough Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to Project Manage the construction of a new retail outlet and hotel on the site of Newberries Car Park in Watling Street RadlettnnThe Contract will be the JCT 2011 Design and Build Contract. Due to the nature of the requirements of the retailer and hotel operator these portions of the contract will need to be very heavily designed.
