The Council is tendering on behalf of the following Councils (referred to as the ‘participating Councils’ hereafter.) — Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council — Causeway Coast and Glens District Council — Derry City and Strabane District Council — Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council — Mid and East Antrim Borough Council — Newry, Mourne and Down District Council.
