Tender Description

The stand is required for AHDBs attendance at Anuga 2023, and the possible contact extension to cover the same service for AHDB attendance at SIAL Paris 2024.
Anuga is a biannual event held in Cologne, German in October. It attracts nearly 8,000 exhibitors, more than 169,000 international trade visitors from 201 countries and has a gross exhibition space of 284,000 m2.
Taking place on 07 - 11 OCTOBER 2023, the venue for the event is Koelnmesse GmbH, Messepl. 1, 50679 Kln, Germany.
The main objective of the stand is to highlight the quality of British meat supplied by our exporters/co-exhibitors. Giving the audience the opportunity to see and taste the product and our co-exhibitors the opportunity to meet with new and existing clients.
The successful supplier will be responsible for the design, production, construction, dismantling and disposal of the stand, along with any AV requirements and any other associated production services.
There is an option to extend to cover SIAL 2024
Suppliers must be able to communicate in English and German.
