Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council) requires a suitably qualified contractor(s) to undertake office cleaning at sites owned and managed by the Council:n1) Campus Westn2) Campus Eastn3) Vineyard Barnn4) Hazel Groven5) Jim MacDonaldn6) Moors Walkn7) Shoplandsn8) Warden Controlled Sitesn9) Weltech Centren10) Hatfield Housing Office nnThe tender includes two options.nnOption 1 - All sitesnOption 2 - Removal of Campus West, Vineyard Barn, Hazel Grove and Jim MacDonald Centre and the Weltech CentrennThe Council is conducting an internal costing exercise for the sites contained in optiont 2 and reserves the right to bring the services in house and end the procurement for this option if this is considered economically viable by the Counciln nThe Transfer of Undertaking and and Protection of Employment (TUPE) Legislation is likely to apply to both options.nnIn accordance with section 53 of the Public Contract Regulations - a full set of tender documents have been provided, but they should not be completed at this stage
