Tender Description

Bristol City Council are seeking to let a contract for Election Print Services. The contract is split into two lots: Lot 1 for Absent Vote Refresh, Postal Vote Packs and Ballot Papers (300,000 to 340,000) and Lot 2 for Household Notification Letter, Poll Cards, HEF Canvass and ITR and HEF production during the year (340,000 to 420,000). Tenders may be submitted for one or both lots. However the Council reserves the right to limit the number of lots that may be awarded to one tenderer.
