Ashfield Homes Ltd (AHL) invites you to tender for the Repair and Maintenance of Automated Door Entry Systems Incorporating CCTV Access throughout the district of Ashfield. The duration of the tender will be for 12 months with the option to extend annually up to a further 24 months from the start date of this contract. The Client may request that the Contractor undertake related works throughout the contract period.nThe addresses to which this Schedule refers are:nnAll located within the Ashfield District i.e. Sutton in Ashfield, Kirkby in Ashfield, Hucknall, Selston, Jacksdale, Underwood etc. nnThe systems predominately consist of three different activation pads;nn•Key fob and communication with tenant.n•Communication with tenant via entering property number into numbered keyboard.n•Communication with tenant via specific property numbered keyboard buttons.n•7 systems incorporate CCTV AccessnnThe systems are situated around three main areas of Ashfield as follows;nn•Approximately 77 control panels in the Sutton area.n•Approximately 37 control panels in Hucknall.n•Approximately 7 control panels in the Kirkby/ Rural Area.n•Various adapted single entry points for tenants with specific needs nnAll Systems operate on a twenty-four hour, three hundred and sixty five day a year basis.nAll systems (except single entry points) incorporate a trade override facility which operates a set time according to individual property requirements.
