You are invited to submit a fixed price tender to supply and install a replacement proximity based card reader system at the Hertsmere Borough Council civic office building. The works are to include; removal of the existing system and installation of cabling and associated door control systems to provide a new proximity based reader system throughout the building in accordance with the specification outlined within this document. In addition, the supply and installation of a new card printer and software system. The system must be left operating in conjunction with the current Chubb fire alarm system and meet the current installation standards.nnAll works shall be carried out by a suitably competent company registered with the National Security Inspectorate.
