Tender Description

The aim of the Living Stable Lives service is to help Dacorum residents, living in private rented accommodation, to identify and manage factors within their lifestyle that may lead to a breakdown in their tenancy. The service provider will be required to build service user's understanding of their responsibilities as a tenant, improve basic life skills to support independent living and create positive relationships between the service user and landlords.nnThe service should focus on (but is not limited to) high risk and known vulnerable groups, this includes:nn• Care Leaversn• Multi-generational households at risk of overcrowdingn• Residents with drugs or alcohol issuesn• Residents that have previously been in temporary accommodationnThe service is required to provide a combination of out-reach work and remote support.
