Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of a corporate alcohol, illicit drug and substance testing programme which will include safety critical roles, and others to be determined. nnThis contract will be for a period of 1 year and it is anticipated it will commence 1st July 2016 until 30th June 2017.nnBirmingham City Council has a programme of testing for alcohol, illicit drugs and substance misuse.nnThe testing process required is to be undertaken on a random basis, or where there is 'for cause.' or as part of rehabilitation.
