The project comprises the design and construction of a steel framed warehouse building.
Draper Ventilation Limited is seeking to appoint a main contractor to design and construct a 1,250 sqm steel framed industrial unit with car parking and landscaping.
The site is located on the Dorset Innovation Park, Dorset's only economic development site with Enterprise Zone status.<br /> There will be an open period for Expressions of Interest. Tender packs will be released upon receipt of Expressions of Interest and tenders must be submitted by 5th June 2020.
